United Health Group Diversity Team of the Year – Diversity Committee at Société Générale 

The team from Société Générale collected their award from Managing Director of UnitedHealth

At the core of Societe Generale values is their aim to give every individual the opportunity to fulfil their potential, and to do this in an environment where our employees feel comfortable enough to be themselves. With this in mind, 3 years ago, senior management launched the first Diversity Committee for Societe Generale.

Since its launch in 2008, the Committee has supported hundreds of staff across the organisation through initiatives ranging from mentoring, to providing advice and support, to holding a series of educational forums and network events.
The efforts and achievements of the Societe Generale Diversity Committee make them worthy nominees for Outstanding Diversity Team of the Year.
